Product performance:
Electro-static powder coating is to spray the powder to the product through electro-static processing and to roast for some time to form coating. Electro-static spraying equipment-electro-static plastic spraying machine is used to the workpiece surface. Under the effect of static, the powder will be adsorbed onto the workpiece surface. Thus powder coating is formed. Through flowing and solidifying under high temperature, the powder coating will become different finial coating. The impression of powder coating is superior than paint to spraying in the machanical intensity, adhesive power, anti-corrosion and aging resistance etc. Also the cost is lower than paint-spraying.
Technics Flow:
1. Pre- processing: Remove oil, remove corrosion, parkering, passivation. After the pre-porcessing, the workpiece will be neither with oil nor with corrosion or dust. What¡¯s more, the surface will form the layer of gray, equal, coarse and anti-rust parkerising on its original silvery white and shining surface.
2. Electro-static coating. To spray a layer of powder to the workpiece surface using the principle of electro-static adsoption.
3. Solidify under high temperature. Push the workpiece to the solidify oven and hot up to the scheduled temperature, usually 185 degree. After heat preservation for 15 minutes, taking out for cooling. Thus forms the finished products.
